Reviews for DIRECTV / DTV

Easy to connect

DIRECTV has a strong selection of sports programming. I especially like having access to multiple sports channels and live events in one service.

The picture quality has been very good on my television. Live programming looks sharp, and the overall viewing experience has been enjoyable.

I find the channel guide easy to use, and it is convenient to search for programs and recordings. The service has worked well for my family.

I had trouble understanding some of the charges on my bill. Customer support eventually explained them, but I think the billing information could be clearer.
