Xfinity has been dependable for our household. We regularly stream, work from home, and connect several devices at once, and the internet has generally stayed fast and stable.

I like the range of TV programming available through Xfinity. There are plenty of choices for news, sports, movies, and family entertainment, and the interface is easy to navigate.

The Xfinity app makes managing the account and troubleshooting the home network convenient. The equipment was also straightforward to set up and has worked well for my household.

I contacted support about a service issue and eventually received helpful assistance. The representative took time to understand the problem and helped get my service working again.

My main concern is the cost after the promotional period. The initial offer was attractive, but the regular monthly price was higher than I expected, so I recommend checking the standard price and applicable fees carefully.

I experienced an outage that affected my internet and TV service. It was eventually resolved, but the interruption was inconvenient because I depend on the connection for work and everyday activities & didnt make adjustment in the billing as promised.
